The Gateway Village project is a
multi-family modular project. The project
consists of several apartment buildings and one community building.
The
apartments are two stories of modular construction over conventional
concrete stem walls and footings. The roofs of the apartments were
not
built as separate modules. Therefore, due to limitations in
shipping
heights, factory installed trussed had to have a flat top chord.
Cap trusses
were installed in the field to finish off the roof construction.
The community building is one story of modular construction over
conventional concrete stem walls and footings. Corridor floor and
ceiling
framing and roof trusses were installed in the field.
