The Boise Waterfront project is a
multi-family modular project, comprised
of three levels of factory-built modules over below-grade garages.
The
factory-built modules incorporate a number of features not typically
found in modular construction: roof decks, screenwalls, canopies,
and
exterior wall modulation.
