This project is a tilt-up building,
designed for both open warehouse and
partial office
mezzanines. The roof is comprised of steel bar
joists and joist
girders with a metal
roof deck. The mezzanines are open-web
wood joists with steel girders.
The entrance to the building is
accentuated by a concrete colonnade
connected with
curved spandrel beams. The columns and spandrel
beams
were also tilt-up construction.
